Our Employees Said It Best
Working in Sales I support many industrial and government customers making sure they get exactly the right tools they need, even if it’s custom equipment for special applications. It’s exciting to know that I have assisted with such important projects all over the world.
At Tri Tool, our IT, Finance, and Administrative employees play a vital part in our company’s growth. For me, being part of the HR team has not only helped me grow professionally, but personally as well.
As a member of the engineering team, I design equipment that delivers maximum precision and performance in the harshest environments imaginable. Seeing how my engineering skills contribute to critical solutions always makes this job amazing to me.
My work experience at Tri Tool proves there is no limit to what a woman can achieve. As a Navy veteran, my work here has allowed me to continue my career growth starting from being a welder, up to my current position as a Production Control Manager.
I had been working in our shipping dept. when I heard of a job opening in the machine shop. I always wanted to be a machinist so I applied. Tri Tool provided me with on-the-job training that would have taken me years at expensive schools. Now I’m a full time machinist!
In my role as a Service Manager, I deploy machining and welding teams whenever and wherever our customers require. I’m confident we have the experienced on-site service technicians and the finest equipment to ensure the project’s done right, every time.
