COVID-19 Update

RE: COVID-19 Virus Update

Dear Tri Tool Customers,

We want you to know that we are actively monitoring information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local officials regarding the spread of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus disease). The COVID-19 issue is evolving daily. Our senior leadership team is in daily communication with the California Manufacturers & Technology Association (CMTA) who provides timely and important information regarding Federal, State and Municipal responses to the situation.

We want to inform all of our customers that Tri Tool business activities remain open. Our California, Tennessee and Texas facilities remain open as we are an essential business according to Federal guidelines. We continue to have staff sanitize and clean our facilities and public spaces in an increased manner. We spoke with our employees and asked them to notify us in advance if they feel they are at risk for COVID-19 and to take preventative measures for the safety of themselves, and others. We have implemented social distancing by reducing work hours for non-essential personnel, actively moving essential business activities to remote work where possible, and enforcing physical distancing protocols for those staff working at our facilities.

Most of our product is produced in our California facility, and, currently, we are at almost normal capacity. We have reduced some production hours in areas that are not currently essential. However, we can mobilize those resources quickly as the situation changes. We will keep you informed of any changes.

As we also purchase both products and services to support the Tri Tool product line, we are actively monitoring our supply chain. Our purchasing team is in contact with our supply chain requesting any change in their ability to fulfill our orders. The majority of our supply chain is located in the United States, so, presently, the risk is minimal. We have a few suppliers in Asia that have reported some delays and we have communicated those delays to affected customers. We are also monitoring supply issues from other areas including Europe, Mexico and United States.

We are also in daily communication with our logistics partners to ensure we are receiving products from our suppliers and delivering them to you with no delays.

As always, our commitment is to keep you up to date on any potential changes to the delivery of your product, rental and service orders whether that be from internal capacity, supply chain or logistics reasons. The COVID-19 situation is changing daily. As the situation changes, we will provide up to date information to mitigate your supply chain risk.

During this challenging time, Tri Tool understands its role as an essential supplier to you. We remain available to help in any way possible. If you have any manufacturing challenges, even those beyond what Tri Tool normally provides, please contact us. We are here to assist in any way possible. We have an extensive network of manufacturing partners, so, if Tri Tool cannot help directly, we will connect you with our partners. As we work together, we can get through this together.
