Mandi Higley

Head of People & Culture

Forward-thinking, engaging, and an expert in team building, Mandi Higley is the Head of People and Culture, bringing over 15 years of human resources and strategic planning experience to the Tri Tool executive team.

As the Head of People and Culture, Mandi focuses on maximizing employee value, developing dynamic talent acquisition strategies, and designing collaborative, synergetic work environments that foster innovation for creative problem-solving. Her intrinsic ability to incite passion and positivity engages teams across Tri Tool’s global operations. As a candid, transparent communicator, she establishes higher standards for collaboration and builds shared values to help lead Tri Tool to the next level of growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Prior to joining Tri Tool, Mandi served as the Human Resources Director of PRIDE Industries. In that role, she oversaw PRIDE’s labor relations functions for over 6,000 employees, including administration, employee communications, recruiting, training, and development for the company’s government and commercial contracts. Prior to this, she worked at Sutter Health, serving as the Human Resources Supervisor, and for Blue Shield of California, where she was the Senior Wellness Program Manager and Human Resources Manager. Currently, Mandi serves as a board member for the Workforce Development Board of the Sacramento Employment and Training Agency (SETA).

Mandi graduated from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo, where she focused on English, and she graduated from the University of California – Davis, where she obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management.
