Tri Tool Inc. has selected Chris Belle as incoming CEO, effective immediately. Mr. Belle’s appointment will be essential in allowing the previous CEO, George J. Wernette III, to focus on his primary role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Belle has an accomplished track record of strategic management success in both the power generation and industrial equipment sectors. A proven innovator, Chris leads through a solid appreciation of product and market demands, driven by extraordinary customer focus.
Regarding his new role as CEO, Chris affirmed, “I’m humbled and honored to have been selected to lead this remarkable company into an extraordinary future and I’m grateful for the Board’s trust in me as a leader. We are already in the process of building new partnerships and developing new customers and new markets for our solutions. It’s my fundamental belief that we will win when we put 100% of our efforts into helping our customers achieve their goals.
Mr. Belle joins Tri Tool from Siemens where he had a long, successful career of growing different businesses while establishing strategic, long-term partnerships. Most recently Chris was involved in transitioning a $200 Million Department of Defense Steam Turbine business to a leading defense contractor. Previously, he was a key global sales leader for Siemens Turbine-Generators, overseeing product teams in Germany, Brazil, and the U.S. In addition, Chris led the rapid growth of the Generator Service business in the Siemens Charlotte Energy Hub, greatly expanding his engineering and manufacturing proficiency.
